Let Me Live
James Dinsmore
With tomorrow nearly here,
Before the future’s clear;
When will I arrive?
How will I choose to survive?
With today so far,
While living less than par;
When will I breathe my dream?
What can I make it mean?
Let me live today before I die,
Let me live while I know why;
Before I cannot act out my dream,
The depth and hope of all I mean.
There is a way which seemeth right to a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 14:12
